Current Fields of Interest

Sustainable technologies: establishing strategies to recycle asymmetric homogeneous catalysts, developing novel processes using neoteric solvents for asymmetric syntheses and “smart” molecules—molecules that sense or respond to a stimuli.

Heterochemistry: for example, high nitrogen based compounds for advanced propellants technologies—energetic polymeric binders, high nitrogen content ionic liquids.

Material Sciences: developing novel polymeric materials with unique and tunable properties such as thermo-reversible gels.
